Bags Galore

I have been very busy...just not busy updating the blog. During the last month, I have been to Denver and Hawaii (in the same week), Rock Springs, Ogden, and making bags. I will eventually complete a post on our Hawaii trip, but there are so many stories and awesome pictures, I have to narrow it down. Maybe I'll have to do a series...

I do have 2 quilt tops finished, but with all the travel I haven't made it to Aunt Kathy's to get them quilted. Pictures come after the project is COMPLETE and since they're not quilted, they're not complete.

This bag was made special for Gabby. She is a kind, compassionate woman who does a lot for everyone else. She is an amazing seamstress and is currently learning to knit. Now she has a knitting bag with sparkles!

I made this bag for Jenny. Jenny just finished school and is now a DNP!! Congrats to her. She is expecting her first child July 7th and I made this thinking it could be a diaper bag...maybe a little small though. Mom made baby hats that were GORGEOUS! She totally out did my bag. Thank you for inviting me to the baby shower Jenny and congrats!!

Finally, we have another nurse retiring from our clinic. Alana has been an inspiration to many who have come to our clinic. Hopefully she likes her gift! Too bad, the pictures do not show off the sparkles very well...
